The SUBVIEW system is a portable digital video recorder capable of display, store and replay four video inputs simultaneously. The complete system, DVR LCD screen and battery-pack, is integrated in a rugged travel case which makes it ideal for mobile applications. The battery-pack can power the system for over five hours without the presents of normal power supply.

The system is developed to display and store diving activities on the surface with the possibility to have four camera inputs.
With observations, inspections and diving exercises the video images can directly be presented on the large 15” LCD screen. With the ability to use four cameras the diving exercise can be monitored and stored from more angles simultaneously to present a better total overview for critical judgment.
With the waterproof cameras and the splash proof case the system is ideal for all outside applications. Optional waterproof connecters can be mounted in the case so the lid can be closed during operation.
The SUBVIEW system can simultaneously control, display and store the
images of four cameras. With the modular setup of the components
used in the system client specific adjustments or improvements are
very easy to apply.
The following modules are integrated in the SUBVIEW system:
Originally the SUBVIEW system was designed to display and store
diving activities but due to the modular setup the system can be used
for all kind of different application for submerged activities as well for
activities above the water for example:
When the maximum length of the camera cable is a critical item the SUBVIEW
system can be used with a wireless video transfer unit.
To transfer the images from the diver to the shore a free floating buoy can
be used. The camera cable runs from the diver to the buoy. Inside the buoy
a battery-pack and a transmitter are placed which can transfer the images
to the receiver on shore nearby the SUBVIEW case.
Of course, the wireless video link can also be used for applications above the water.
